We are proud to announce that ODAIA has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute®. We are grateful to have received this certification that is awarded based on direct feedback from our employees that was provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their experience working at ODAIA. Having a high-quality work environment is a top priority for us here at ODAIA, ensuring that our dedicated employees feel supported and valued. According to Great Place to Work, certification has become a national benchmark of positive company culture with a requirement of at least 65% of a company's current employees saying that it's a great place to work, compared to the U.S. national average sitting at just 49%. In our company results, ODAIA scored an outstanding 96% for its overall Trust Index® Score.
